American Veterans International, LLC (AVI), is a newly formed Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded in 2008 and led by President and CEO, Benny M. Paulino, Major General, U.S. Army, retired- the former Adjutant General of the Territory of Guam. AVI is a self-certified SDVOSB specializing in Professional Employment Organization (PEO) or staff augmentation, with its secondary services in construction with intentions of broadening our capabilities, expanding into UXO and environmental remediation services.
